After graduating from SUNY Oneonta, Jill entered the banking industry where she worked her way to senior mortgage underwriter, a position she held for 10 years. Her 15 year career in banking included a stint in the appraisal department, where Jill gained valuable knowledge into valuation of real estate. As a mortgage underwriter, she developed an expertise in understanding buyers’ qualifications for mortgage loans. Jill is passionate about working with people. She takes great joy in assisting buyers in finding their dream homes and in guiding sellers towards realizing a maximum price in the sale of their homes.
